Apple with seeds

In the years of my training I lived on very little money. I would eat lots of apples to quench my hunger.
This fruit became an obsession and, at the same time, the subject of a research on its shape, the cutting of it, its heart, the vitality of life.
The experience of my acquaintance with a blind piano composer was important for me. It was at this time that I understood the importance of visual reading, the sense of touch, the analysis of materials, the contrast of surfaces and forms.
Theme linked to tactility, sound (musicality), full and empty, positive and negative, smooth and rough.
My personal exhibition dedicated to the blind, Art and tactile perception. Please do touch, opened in 1990.
